Delete your account

You can delete your Hollow Wise account yourself, at any time. Deleting it also deletes the information saved with it.

In the app

1. Open Hollow Wise and log in.
2. Open Account from the ☰ menu.
3. Choose "Delete my account" at the bottom and confirm.

If you no longer have the app

Email privacy@hollowwise.com from the address you signed up with and ask us to delete your account. We will delete it and tell you when it is done.

What is deleted

Your account and everything saved with it: rooms, answers and their history, routines and progress, account settings, Handoffs (their links stop working), Supplies, and the records of your login emails. You are logged out everywhere.

What is not removed

• Copied Handoff steps. If someone copied your shared steps into their own account, that copy is theirs.
• Backups. Our database host keeps backups for a limited time, so deleted data can remain in them until they expire.
• Our email list and inbox. Use the unsubscribe link in any list email. Email us to delete messages you sent us.
• Things on your device. See the Privacy Policy.

Quick Clean needs no account and sends nothing about you to our database, so there is nothing to delete for it. More detail is in the Privacy Policy.
