Terms of Use

Hollow Wise is provided by its founder. By using it, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Safety Notice. If you do not agree, do not use Hollow Wise.

What Hollow Wise is

Hollow Wise gives you step-by-step cleaning routines for the rooms in your home. You answer questions about a room, and fixed rules decide which steps you see. Nothing in the app uses AI: no AI writes, changes, or chooses your steps while you use it.

Hollow Wise is in early access. It is new and still changing.

Quick Clean is free forever

Quick Clean is free forever, with no account needed. The rest of these Terms do not change that.

What it costs

Right now, Hollow Wise has no subscriptions and no payments of any kind. Some other features may become paid later. Quick Clean will not.

Your account

Saving rooms, changing a room to fit your home, and answering questions need an account. You sign up and log in with your email (a 6-digit code or a link) or with Google. There are no passwords.

Anyone who can read your email can log in to your account, so keep your email secure. You can delete your account at any time from the ☰ menu. The Privacy Policy says exactly what is kept and what is deleted.

Guidance, not professional advice

Routines are general cleaning guidance. They are not medical, mental-health, emergency, safety, cleaning-chemical, pest, mold, electrical, plumbing, or professional home-maintenance advice. Use your judgment, follow product labels, and contact a qualified professional when a task may be unsafe.

Stay safe

Hollow Wise cannot see your home or check that a step is safe for you. Skip or stop any step that feels unsafe. Unplug an appliance and let it cool before you clean it. Never work on wiring or internal parts. Do not mix cleaning products. The Safety Notice has more.

A Handoff link lets anyone who has it see the steps you shared, for 24 hours. Only share links with people you trust. You are responsible for what you share.

Using Hollow Wise fairly

Do not misuse the service, try to get around access limits, interfere with security, enter illegal or harmful content, scrape the service, or use it to harm another person or property.

Your content and ours

Yours. You keep ownership of what you type, like room names and your private note. You give Hollow Wise limited permission to store and use that content only as needed to run Hollow Wise and improve it.

Ours. The Hollow Wise name, design, wording, routines, software, and other materials belong to Hollow Wise or its licensors. You may use them only as part of the service, unless we give you written permission.

Early access and changes

Because Hollow Wise is in early access, it may have bugs, downtime, or unfinished parts. Features other than Quick Clean may be reset, changed, or removed without notice. Quick Clean stays free, with no account needed. Do not rely on Hollow Wise for anything you cannot afford to lose.

We may update these Terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed. If you keep using Hollow Wise after a change, you accept the update.

Disclaimers and liability

The service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent allowed by law. To the fullest extent allowed by law, Hollow Wise is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost data, personal injury, property damage, or cleaning outcomes arising from use of the service. Nothing here removes a right that the law says cannot be removed.

Governing law and contact

These Terms are governed by the laws of Texas, United States, except where another law is required to apply.
